Welcome to Eazy Delivery! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Eazy Delivery app (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Definitions
- “App” refers to the Eazy Delivery mobile application or website, including all associated services.
- “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Eazy Delivery, the service provider.
- “User,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual or entity accessing and using the App.
- “Delivery Partner” refers to individuals or businesses registered to deliver food via the App.
- “Restaurant” refers to food vendors that list their products on the App.
2. Eligibility
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws.
3. Account Registration
- To use certain features of the App, you must register and create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if we suspect any breach of these Terms.
4. Services Provided
- Eazy Delivery is a platform that connects Users with Restaurants and Delivery Partners for the purpose of ordering and delivering food.
- We do not prepare food or provide delivery services ourselves, but act as a facilitator between the User, Restaurant, and Delivery Partner.
- Availability of services depends on your location and restaurant operating hours.
5. Ordering and Payment
- Once you place an order, it is forwarded to the selected Restaurant for preparation and subsequently delivered by the Delivery Partner.
- All prices listed on the App are set by the respective Restaurants and may include taxes, service fees, and delivery charges.
- Payment must be made through the App using the provided payment options. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You may cancel your order within a limited time, which varies based on the restaurant's preparation status.
- Once the Restaurant has begun preparing your order, cancellations may no longer be possible.
- Refunds are only processed in cases of incorrect or incomplete deliveries, subject to review.
- In the event of a dispute, Eazy Delivery reserves the right to make the final decision.
7. Delivery Times
- Delivery times are estimated and are subject to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, and restaurant preparation times.
- While we strive to meet your expected delivery time, delays may occur, and we do not guarantee that your order will be delivered within the estimated time.
8. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate any applicable laws, including local, state, national, or international laws.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers.
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any other users, Delivery Partners, or Restaurants.
9. Third-Party Services
- The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Eazy Delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for any third-party services or content and are not liable for any interactions you may have with such third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Eazy Delivery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to delivery delays, incorrect orders, or food quality issues.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

12. Termination

The Eazy Delivery software and platform are owned and licensed by Forby Tech Group LLC. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are the property of Forby Tech Group LLC.
Any unauthorized use of the software or intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
16. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, Unites States of America.
